Awkwardly he hesitated

He found himself in this deep unfathomable forest of words

Try as he might to tiptoe his way through

Continued to lose his way

Rarely has this been the case

Now, faced with this challenge

This battle he must win

Find a way onto the straight and narrow

They, cannot choose to overpower him

Having trod similar paths in distant times

In himself he had the utmost confidence

So into the unknown he launched himself

Clawed his way through cloudy foliage

Until eventually there was light

Moving his way crab like from page to page

Write for fifteen minutes – interval – write for fifteen more

Continue in this vain until his poem was complete.
